Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Service Overview ▼
b1eXch is a fully automated cryptocurrency exchange service that minimizes custody time by processing swaps as quickly as technically possible. We facilitate direct asset-to-asset swaps between supported cryptocurrencies with no account creation, no identity verification, and no personal data collection of any kind.
The entire b1eXch infrastructure is interchangeable. This architecture ensures that the physical location and identity of our infrastructure remains cryptographically unresolvable.
We are strong believers in financial freedom and individual sovereignty - the very principles that gave birth to cryptocurrency in the first place. Bitcoin was not created to be surveilled. It was created to liberate. b1eXch exists to honour that original intent: to provide a space where people can transact freely, without interference, without observation, and without asking permission.
By using this service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility ▼
Any person may create and perform exchange operations on our service. We do not discriminate, impose identity verification, or maintain any rejection criteria based on nationality, geography, or personal characteristics.
We do not and cannot determine the identity or location of our users. No registration, email, phone number, or any other personally identifying information is required or collected.
b1eXch does not perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. b1eXch does not perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening. b1eXch does not employ, integrate, or cooperate with any blockchain analytics, chain analysis, or transaction surveillance tools or providers.
Your transactions are yours. We do not score them, flag them, trace them, or share them. Every user is treated equally and unconditionally, regardless of the origin, destination, or history of their funds.
3. Exchange Rates & Fees ▼
Exchange rates are dynamically determined using real-time market data at the time of order creation. Rates are quoted prior to deposit and represent the approximate amount you will receive, minus applicable service fees and blockchain network fees.
Service fees are displayed transparently during order creation. Network fees (miner fees) for sending your converted cryptocurrency are deducted from the output amount and vary based on current blockchain conditions.
Final exchange amounts may differ slightly from quoted amounts due to market fluctuations between deposit confirmation and swap execution. The service fee percentage and estimated output are always shown before you send any funds.
4. Customer Deposits ▼
Each exchange order is assigned a unique deposit address. You must send the specified cryptocurrency to this address within the order's validity window. The minimum and maximum exchange limits for each currency pair are clearly displayed prior to order creation.
Below-minimum deposits: If you send an amount below the displayed minimum for a given currency pair, there is no guarantee of a refund. Sub-minimum amounts may be too small to economically process or return after deducting the required blockchain network fee. It is your responsibility to verify that your deposit meets the minimum threshold before sending.
Incorrect chain or token: You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds are sent over the correct blockchain network and to the correct deposit address. b1eXch will not recover, refund, or otherwise be held liable for funds sent on the wrong chain, wrong token contract, or to an address belonging to a different order. Cross-chain recovery is technically infeasible in our architecture and will not be attempted under any circumstances.
Late deposits: If no deposit is received within the validity window, the order will expire. Deposits sent to expired order addresses may be detected through our late deposit detection system, but this is provided on a best-effort basis only and is not guaranteed. If a late deposit is detected, you will be prompted to provide a refund address. b1eXch is not obligated to monitor expired deposit addresses indefinitely.
5. Our Payments ▼
We execute payment to your destination address once the incoming deposit reaches sufficient blockchain confirmations and does not exceed our operational limits. The required number of confirmations varies by cryptocurrency and is shown during order creation.
Output transactions are broadcast as soon as the swap is processed. Delivery time depends on the destination cryptocurrency's network conditions and block times.
6. Refunds ▼
Automatic refunds are issued when a valid deposit exceeds the maximum supported amount for a given currency pair. We do not charge additional fees for refunds beyond the standard blockchain network fee required to send the transaction.
Refunds are sent to the refund address you provide. If no refund address was specified at order creation, you will be prompted to supply one when a refund condition is detected.
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
Deposits sent below the minimum amount for a currency pair are not eligible for automatic refund. Sub-minimum amounts frequently do not cover the network fee required to return them, making a refund transaction economically unviable. Users must verify their deposit amount meets the displayed minimum before sending.
Funds sent on the wrong blockchain network, using an incorrect token contract, or to an address belonging to a different order are not eligible for refund. b1eXch has no ability to access or recover assets on chains or contracts outside the scope of the original order.
Deposits sent to expired order addresses after the validity window has closed are handled on a best-effort basis only. While our late deposit detection system may identify such deposits, detection is not guaranteed and no refund obligation exists for deposits made to expired orders.
It is your responsibility to double-check the deposit amount, the blockchain network, and the order status before initiating any transfer. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, and b1eXch cannot undo, intercept, or redirect transactions once they are broadcast to a blockchain network.
7. Data Retention & Deletion ▼
Exchange-related data - including deposit addresses, destination addresses, refund addresses, amounts, and transaction identifiers - is permanently and irreversibly deleted after 15 days. This is not an archival or soft-delete process. The data is destroyed at the database level and cannot be recovered, reconstructed, or produced by b1eXch or any third party after deletion has occurred.
After the 15-day retention window, swap IDs can no longer be used to look up order details. No historical record of the transaction will exist in any queryable system.
Users may also choose to permanently delete their exchange data at any time before the automatic 15-day purge by pressing the "Delete Data" button on the completed exchange page. This triggers immediate and irreversible destruction of all data associated with that swap. Once deleted, the swap ID becomes permanently unresolvable and no associated exchange information can ever be retrieved.
For complete details on our zero-collection architecture and what data we do and do not store, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Infrastructure & Jurisdiction ▼
b1eXch operates behind a multi-layered infrastructure focused on complete and uncompromising security.
All internal services are interchangeable, and Clearnet access points on the public internet tunnel encrypted traffic through the Tor network before it reaches any application component. No server in the chain knows both the client's identity and the service's physical location simultaneously.
The hosting environment employs full-disk encryption with runtime key derivation, volatile memory-only session handling, and anti-forensic countermeasures including RAM encryption, disabled direct memory access interfaces, and tamper-responsive storage controllers. In the event of physical interdiction, cold-boot extraction, or live imaging attempts, no plaintext user data or cryptographic key material is recoverable from the hardware.
Network traffic between internal services is encrypted and routed through isolated overlay tunnels. There is no single point of interception that would yield meaningful intelligence about any individual transaction or user session.
As a consequence of this architecture, b1eXch does not operate within any identifiable legal jurisdiction. We are technically unable to determine the country or location of our users, and no government, court, or regulatory body has the ability to compel the production of data that does not exist, from infrastructure that cannot be located.
This design may introduce marginal latency compared to conventional clearnet services. We consider this an acceptable trade-off for the guarantees it provides.
9. Service Availability ▼
The service is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous operation but accept no liability for losses caused by temporary service interruptions, blockchain network issues, or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend specific currency pairs if liquidity or operational conditions require it. Active orders will continue to be processed during such suspensions.
10. Limitation of Liability ▼
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network delays, market volatility between deposit and execution, incorrect addresses provided by users, or deposits sent to expired orders.
Users are solely responsible for verifying destination and refund addresses, selecting the correct blockchain network, and confirming deposit amounts before submitting orders. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature.
11. Amendments ▼
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
