XMR > ANY COIN are Always White We do not send dirty or flagged coins. Rest of the swaps , We do not garant it and we advise checking their aml score before depositing to CEX.
Why is my payout taking long to confirm?
Network congestion can delay payouts. We use the lowest acceptable network fees. If it takes too long, you will see a popup offering increased fees. You can accept it or cancel and request a refund.
Can I cancel my exchange?
Yes, you can cancel your order before the exchanging phase begins. Once exchanging starts, cancellation is not possible. Use the refund button on the swap page to cancel.
Why is my Monero order taking so long?
We use a single wallet for all Monero transactions. Due to protocol limitations requiring 10 confirmations before UTXOs are spendable, multiple Monero orders may cause delays. We use multiple pools to speed this up, but significant amounts may take time.
When will you refill low reserves?
We refill reserves quickly, but they can run out just as fast. Reserve levels are updated every 5 minutes, so please check regularly.

I did not save my exchange ID or lost it. Can you help?
We cannot help you find your exchange ID for privacy reasons. Always make sure to bookmark it, save it, or write it down. You can try finding it on the status page.
Why does my swap page keep refreshing?
Our site runs without JavaScript for better security and privacy. The swap page auto-refreshes every 60 seconds (you can see the countdown timer at the bottom of the page). This is normal - not a bug!
Do I need to stay on the page for my exchange to complete?
Nope! Once you've started your exchange and added a refund address (just in case), you can close the tab and go do whatever you want. Your exchange will complete automatically. Just check the status page later to see it's done.
What happens if I send less than the quoted amount?
If you send less, the exchange will still go through as long as you meet the minimum amount. If you send way less than the minimum, the exchange will auto-fail and refund to your address (if you provided one), or we'll ask for a refund address on the order page.
What happens if network fees increase after I start my exchange?
If the network gets congested and we think your exchange might get stuck, we'll increase the fees to push it through. You'll see this option on the page - you can either accept the higher fee or decline and request a refund right there.
Why don't you auto-refund to my original sending address?
Sometimes people don't want coins going back to where they sent from, or they no longer have access to that address. That's why we ask for a refund address instead of automatically sending back.
What if my exchange fails and I didn't provide a refund address?
No worries! If something goes wrong and you didn't give us a refund address at the start, we'll automatically show that on the order page and ask you for one. It's instant and automated - just enter your address and you'll get your refund. Update: Refund addresses are now also displayed on the swap order page so you can verify what you entered.
Can I delete my swap history?
We've added a delete button for completed, refunded, and cancelled exchanges. Automatic deletion: All exchange data (deposit addresses, destination addresses, refund addresses, amounts, transaction IDs) is permanently deleted after 15 days. This is irreversible - data is destroyed at the database level and cannot be recovered by anyone. Manual deletion: You can delete your exchange data anytime before the 15-day window by pressing the "Delete Data" button on the completed exchange page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Important: After deletion (automatic or manual), swap IDs can no longer be used to look up order details. No record will exist. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
What is protection ?
Protection controls how much the price can move during your swap before it gets rejected. How does it work? If the market price moves more than your protection percentage, we reject the swap and refund you instead of giving you a bad rate. Example: You're swapping $1,000 BTC to XMR. Quote shows: 10 XMR 1% protection: Minimum 9.9 XMR or swap gets rejected 3% protection (default): Minimum 9.7 XMR or swap gets rejected 10% protection: Minimum 9 XMR or swap gets rejected Why does it matter? Low protection (1%): You get better rates (might save 0.5% in fees) But lower priority - your swap might get cancelled if liquidity is low Stricter - more likely to reject if price moves High protection (10%): Faster swaps with priority Rarely gets cancelled More flexible - accepts bigger price movements Default is 3% - good balance for most swaps. What if my swap gets rejected? You get refunded automatically. No fees charged. Note: Example doesn't include network fees and service fees - actual amounts will be different.
